Composition
Gymnema (Indian Diabetes Leaf): Gymnema sylvestre/Heart-Leaved Moonseed: Tinospora crispa (Sin-done-ma-nwe)/Croton root/leaf: Croton oblongifolius (Thet-yin-gyi)/Five-Leaved Chaste Tree: Vitex negundo (Kyaung-pan)/Creat / King of Bitters: Andrographis paniculata (Pan-khar or Shan-say-khar)

It helps alleviate symptoms caused by diabetes, such as blurred vision, numbness or tingling in the hands and feet (peripheral neuropathy), dry mouth, excessive thirst, and frequent urination.
By taking this medication regularly, you can prevent diabetes-related complications such as nerve weakness (neuropathy), slow-healing wounds, and other secondary health issues.
Dosage
The medication should be taken according to your Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) levels as follows:
100 - 200 mg/dl2 Tablets3 times per day
200 - 300 mg/dl3 Tablets3 times per day
Above 300 mg/dl5 Tablets3 times per day
The medication can be taken with either cold or warm water at the following times: 30 minutes before a meal, OR 1 hour after a meal.
